Victor Molev est né à Nizhniy Novgorod (Russie) en 1955.
Il est diplômé de l'architecture en 1976 et a travaillé comme architecte et décorateur de  théâtre. Il a immigré en Israël en 1990. Il est membre de l'association des artistes et sculpteurs en Israël. Il est également peintre et graphiste. Il a participé à de nombreuses expositions (à la fois en solo et collectives) en Russie,  Israël et  Europe. Ses œuvres se trouvent dans des collections privées à travers l'Europe, aux États-Unis, le Canada et Israël.
En Août 2006, il a déménagé au Canada. Maintenant, il vit à Richmond Hill, en Ontario.

Victor Molev was born in Nizhniy Novgorod (Russia) in 1955.
He graduated from architecture faculty in 1976 and worked as an architect and theatre set painter. He immigrated to Israel in 1990. Victor was a member of the association of artists and sculptors in Israel. He is a painter and graphic artist. He participated in numerous exhibitions (both solo and general) in Russia, Israel and Europe. His works can be found in private collections throughout Europe, United States, Canada and Israel.
In August 2006 he moved to Canada. Now he lives in Richmond Hill, Ontario.
